Guide to FMLS search

1. click the link “Clear here to start FMLS search” above to open the FMLS website
2. set up your own search conditions (residential detached -> single family, residential attached -> townhouse & condo, residential lease -> rental, price range, city, zip, etc) and then click “Apply” at the top or bottom of the set up interface. 
3. Or click “Close” at the top or bottom of the set up interface, choose ‘map view’ icon, either move the map to the area of your interest and zoom in/out until listings appear or input a location, say City GA (Alpharetta GA) or street number plus one or two words of street name to ‘Jump to a location’ and then zoom in/out until listings appear.
4. click any listing icon on the map, the property listings scroll down to the property you just click automatically, click the address to view its details.
5. If interested in the listing(s) you viewed, please add a note in the “Add Note” window by providing your contact info, such as your name, phone number, email address, etc. Then I will be able to reach you and schedule showings for you if you would like me to be your agent.
